Come hungry and join us for a tasty culinary introduction of Ghana, where much food is consumed on the go. Watch the preparation of favourite local snacks and taste a variety as you walk with your guide from stall to stall. Finish at a local chop bar if you can still eat some more!
Meet your Local Experience Curator at 10:30 am in front of Urbano Hotel, Accra, to begin your Ghanaian culinary experience. Don’t forget to come hungry!
Walk with your Experience Curator from stall to stall as you learn about each dish for sale. Watch the vendors prepare the various foods, and taste a variety of flavours. Offerings change throughout the day as morning foods give way to afternoon and evening foods. Finally, sit down at a local chop shop (eatery) to finish filling your stomach! End your experience with a palate-cleansing sample of fresh fruit. Your Experience Curator will return you to your starting point after approximately 3 hours.
