Imagine a classic safari—vast stretches of savannah, flat-topped acacia trees silhouetted against deep orange sunsets, thousands of animals streaming across the horizon—this trip brings that image to life! Each park has a distinct wildlife viewing experience, as well as intimate safari camps and lodges where you can unwind each evening. This traditional safari takes you to Tanzania’s best wildlife areas.
When you arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, your Kilibeyond local curator will greet you and provide you with a trip briefing before driving you to Arusha, where you will spend the night at Katambuga’s main house.
After breakfast, meet your driver guides and depart in your 4x4 vehicles for a fantastic game drive in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is a birder's paradise, with the highest concentration of elephants in the world. The swamps are home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even tree-climbing pythons.
Our overnight stop will be at ACACIA FARM LODGE, a romantic country lodge with timeless tranquility emanating from the exuberance of birdsong, mature trees, and the lovely coffee plants nestled in an active mixed farm high on the spectacular great rift's with an amazing view of the Karatu farmlands and nearby Ngorongoro forest area.
After breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, followed by a wildlife drive in Ngorongoro Crater. Expect to encounter giraffes, Grant's gazelles, impalas, lions, leopards, elephants, and other wonderful wild species. This will be an awesome day since you will have the opportunity to witness a range of creatures that are highly active in the morning hours; breakfast and lunch boxes will be supplied particularly for this reason. After a wonderful wildlife drive in Ngorongoro Crater, you will return to Arusha and spend the night at Karatu Acacia Farm Lodge.
Our Local curator will pick you up from your hotel early morning and start to drive to central Serengeti. Serengeti national park is Tanzania's oldest and most famous national park, a UNESCO World heritage site and has recently been proclaimed a world natural wonder. The Serengeti is a year-round destination, and each season has its particular highlights, the most famous being the annual wildebeest migration- a once in a lifetime experience. Serengeti National Park supports every variety of animal imaginable- from large predatpors such as; lions, leopards and cheetahs to the smaller herbivores they prey on. Overnight will be at Serengeti Acacia Bliss.
Today you will continue with your safari in Serengeti
National Park. You will witness stunning landscapes
and African wilderness, as seen in some of the most
impressive nature documentaries on TV. The endless
plains and abundance of wildlife are unsurpassed.
Expect to be impressed by the natural beauty of Africa’s
most famous park. Later will drive back to overnight at
Serengeti Acacia Bliss.
After early morning breakfast your safari guide will pick
you up and drive to Northern Serengeti at Kogatende
following Great Serengeti Migration. This month is the
best time for game drives, as there would be little to no
precipitation, and wildlife can be easily spotted near
bodies of water. At the Seronera River Valley, you can
usually find groups of animals like elephants and
gazelles, as well as predators like lions, hyenas,
cheetahs, and leopards,
overnight will be at SiringitMigration Camp.
Our Local curator will pick you up from your Tented camp around 5:00 a.m. and take you to the Balloon Safari launch site, where you will enjoy the most beautiful scenery of wilderness through the endless plain of Serengeti.
After this unforgettable experience, you will continue with a game drive in Kogatende - Serengeti before returning to Siringit Migration Camp for dinner and overnight.
Your designated driver will pick you up from Iringit Migration Camp and drive you to the airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar, where you will spend the night at Pongwe Beach Hotel.
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up around 11:30 a.m. for a tour of Stone Town and Spice Island. On this tour, you will see the Arab Old Fort, Anglican Cathedral, a palace built for the second Sultan of Zanzibar, Sultan Palace, and the incredibly moving Slave Market. This tour takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to walk. Following the Stone Tour, we will proceed to the Spice Tour, which is one of the most popular excursions in Zanzibar, the Spice Island. Zanzibar was a world leader in the production of spices such as clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. During this tour, you will learn about the various spices and fruits that grow in Zanzibar,You will then understand why Zanzibar is known as the Spice Island. Pongwe Beach Hotel is where you'll spend the night.
Our guide will take you on a turtle aquarium tour after breakfast, followed by a Dhow sunset cruise tour. You will spend several hours viewing, feeding, and swimming with these magnificent native animals on a turtle aquarium tour. Later, we'll take a Dhow sunset cruise, which will leave Stone Town or any other beach at 4:30 or 5:00 PM and return around 7:00 PM. This tour will provide you with a fantastic and unforgettable experience as you witness how the blue green of the sea contrasts with the clear blue sky. The sun sets, transforming the sky from pinks and blues to magnificent golden hues, creating a breathtaking scene; overnight at Pongwe Beach Hotel.
On this day , you will either stay at your hotel and relax, or you can just spend some time at the indian ocean and experience the genuine swahili hospitality while enjoying the beauty of the indian ocean. overnight will be at PONGWE BEACH HOTEL
On this day, your assigned local curator will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to the airport in time for your flight home.
