Spend a few hours in the kitchen with your Ghanaian cooking instructor and explore the exotic flavours of Ghana using traditional cooking methods. Learn to prepare authentic dishes like Red Red, Waakye, or Jollof, as well as Banku or Fufu with either palm nut soup, ground nut soup or light soup (beef, chicken, fish, goat or vegetarian). Your full-course meal includes a favourite Ghanaian dessert called Abele Walls for an ultimate culinary climax.
